An electronics company contacted YPH initially to ascertain whether their filter cake waste was hazardous or not.
We took a sample and subjected this to a Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC) test, which showed that it was indeed hazardous. The full chemical analysis was given to the customer.
We were then asked to package up this waste together with acids, alkalis and flammable items shown in the pictures, and these were then collected by us to be recycled.
